I wrote this track about my struggles with anxiety following a traumatic series of events. I'm still dealing with these emotions, but sharing them makes us feel less alone. I hope that if you're struggling too, that these words allow you to take the deep breaths you need. We're all in this together.

Beat down and bruised, scared, confusred
Misread, misused, awake at night
Wondering how, get out now, won't allow you to own me
Haunted by demons trying to fuck up my life

Uncertainty, plagues my mind
The voice won't let me be, but I must try.

The key is buried deep, only we can find
Time will tell if I'll thrive,
but never fear, we will survive.

Haunted but unbroken we will stand up for our rights,
